Cannot log into Grafana Cloud stack — OAuth redirect fails with “Authorization failed”

I’m completely locked out of my Grafana Cloud stack. I can log into https://grafana.com, but when I try to access my stack at https://guyoxford.grafana.net, I get:

Authorization failed
An error occurred

I’ve tried:
• Incognito mode
• Clearing cookies
• Re-inviting myself and others (new invites also fail with the same error)
My stack ID is: stack-1427263-hm-write
Realm: guyoxford
I’m on a free plan, so I can’t open a support ticket — but this seems like a backend OAuth misconfiguration. Can someone from Grafana help restore access?

OAuth login fails for Grafana Cloud stack — “Authorization failed” error

Thank you for the link to Configure authentication | Grafana documentation

I am still unable to log into my Grafana Cloud stack. When I visit the stack URL, I’m redirected to:

Login then fails with:

Authorization failed
An error occurred

I’ve tried:
• Different user login details
• Incognito mode
• Clearing cookies
• Using ?disableAutoLogin=true to bypass auto-login
• Re-inviting myself and others (new invites also fail with the same error)
• Checking “My Account → Security” (no OAuth Clients or Authorized Applications listed)

My stack ID is: stack-1427263-hm-write
Realm: guyoxford

I’m on a free plan, so I can’t open a support ticket — but this appears to be a backend OAuth misconfiguration. Alloy is successfully remote writing metrics to Grafana Cloud, but I can’t access the dashboard.
Any help or escalation would be appreciated.

You have error OAuth client doesn't exist when you watch login process properly.
I would say go to your Grafana Cloud portal and delete whole stack (prerequisite: you won’t cry after those data) and create new stack from the scratch.
