Unable to launch Grafana after Install - Windows 10

I completed the install, installed the service with NSSM, Everytime i try to web to localhost:8080 (changed from default port as directed), Grafana never loads and the page just fails. Firewall has also been disabled. Custom.ini file modified, and saved. Any ideas?

=> Grafana listens on the port 3000.

That seemed to work, The install procedures state to modify the config file to use port 8080.

Thats right, Installation steps tell us to change the port 3000–>8080 (In Confi.ini)

But never mind , if you dont touch the http port & let it be 3000, Then it works
