Unable activate pie-chart into my cloud account

Hi all,

I’m trying to install the planel pie-chart into my account but something is happening that I can’t turn it on.
The figure below says it is installed.

When I look for it at the plugin area it doesn’t apear as available. What is happening?

My corporate account is uncle.grafana.net.
The datasource is Zabbix

What do you mean when you write that it doesn’t appear available?
Are you able to add a piechart panel to your dashboard?
