Timerange from 06 to 21h for a single panel (singlestat math)

I want to show the kWh consumed between 06:00 and 21:00 for today.
In the timeseries i can change it to now/d+6 and now/d-3 , but this is for the whole dashboard.
I could not find where i can set it for a single panel. (specifically the singlestat math panel)
I"m running grafana 7.3.4

thanks, but I do not know how to us the relative time and timeshift to get this? I tried to use the now/d+6h and now/d-3h, but its not working.
