The dashboards defined in dashboards.json is read-only?

Hi,
My grafana version is 4.6.3
I have defined some default dashboards in dashboards.json config and it works well.
But for those dashboards, I cannot delete/edit them. If I need to update, I have to select “save as” to create a new dashboard.

I wonder this behavior is desired? Thanks.
