Suggestion: stable tag for Docker

Hi.

So from what I can see right now, the latest tag has 8.4 beta, and the main tag has 8.5 prerelease.

Would you consider adding a stable tag to Docker Hub, where the latest stable version is pushed (which as of 2022-01-17 would be 8.3.4)?

The point would be that the stable tag contains no surprises in the form of beta versions, downgrades etc.
