Share dashboard with variables on the website

Hello i’m using Grafana 11.0.0 and i would like to export a dashboard with the variables filter i Created, but only in read-only and without the administrative tab.

How can we achieved that ?

What is that “administrative tab”?

The administrave tab is menu on the left but only the menu to save or share a dashboard.
