How do I allow for a public dashboard?

Hello,

I’ve figured out how to get Grafana to display a dashboard before you log in, but what is the process?

I had to build the basic dashboard in anonymous mode as an admin then export it to a folder and used the grafana.ini to point to it, is that right? I then set the anonymous access back to viewer after.

I was thinking maybe I can build the dashboard logged in as an admin and get it just right and export it, but it loses all the variables, how can I export with variables?

Sounds like you figured it out, no? If you adjust the auth.anonymous settings in the Grafana ini then that should solve your issue, no?
