Published Dashboard Returns 404 Error on Grafana Dashboards

Hello Grafana Support Team,

I am using the Docker OSS version of Grafana on our company’s on-premises servers. I have designed a dashboard that I would like to share with the community by publishing it on the Grafana Dashboards website.

I created a trial account, uploaded my dashboard JSON file, completed all the required information, and published it successfully.

My organization page is:

The dashboard appears in the Grafana Dashboards search results when searching for “haproxy”, but when I open its page, I always receive a 404 - “We can’t find this page!” error.

The dashboard URL is:

https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/25515-haproxy-service-analytics-loki-logs/

The same thing happens when I click the Details button from my organization page.

I have tried publishing the dashboard several times over the past week, waiting 2–3 days after each attempt, but the issue persists. I have not received any error messages, review feedback, or notifications explaining why the dashboard page is unavailable or whether there is something I need to fix.

Could you please help me understand what the problem is? Is there an issue with my dashboard itself, or is this related to the publishing process on the Grafana website?

Thank you for your assistance.

My Grafana: 12.1.0 (Docker image)

It looks good to me:

status is active and privacy is public.

Contact Grafana Cloud support. It can be problem in their system.

Thank you for taking the time to check it and for pointing me in the right direction.

I’ve now opened a topic with the Grafana Cloud team here:

Hopefully they’ll be able to identify what’s causing the issue.

Thanks again for your help!

Unfortunately, no one has responded to my post in the Grafana Cloud Community yet, and the issue is still unresolved.

I’m still waiting for someone from the Grafana team to investigate the problem.

Yeah, I mean contact Grafana Cloud support via your Grafana Cloud portal. I wouldn’t use Grafana community for that.

Thank you very much for your guidance.

I also contacted Grafana Cloud Support, but I didn’t initially get a response from the Community side, so I opened a support ticket instead.

A day after submitting the ticket, the support engineer replied saying everything looked fine on their side and they didn’t see any issues. After that, I checked again and noticed that the 404 error was gone and the dashboard was accessible without any problems.

It took around 5 days from the initial publishing of the dashboard until the 404 issue was resolved. I’m not sure what exactly caused the delay—whether it was some internal propagation, a system refresh, or something else—but everything is working correctly now.

Thank you again for your help and support throughout this process.

I published dashboard recently and this looks like typical cycle:
1.) Dashboard is uploaded and it is in “Pending” state for a few days:

2.) When dashboard is not Pending, then it is published and it is searchable - but click on the dashboard in the search result returns 404 reponse for a few days
3.) Dashboard is searchable and fully visible

It was 5 days from 1.) to 3.) also in my case. IMHO 5 days is because validation, spam protection, publishing workflows, …
