Possible to split values into columns (have a screenshot to explain)

Hello,

We get this sort of value below via telegraf which does an SNMP walk. Is there a way to put these 4 values into 4 columns? The reason why is we want to sort these columns and add thresholds.

I’m not sure it can be done as this is how SNMP brings them in.
