No "New Row" button?

Hi
Being completely new to Grafana.
Using Grafana 5.0.4

I imported a dashboard, and that dashboard has “rows”.

Now I would like to add “rows” to that dashboard but there are no way to do that.

I can add panels to existing rows, and add panels outside existing rows, but not create a new row.

It is the same if I create a new empty dashboard, no way to create a row.

Row is a panel from version 5.X:

Rows are not as important in v5 as they are no longer needed to create and organize layouts. We infact recommend that you do not use them unless you really have to.

I could not find that out by googling on “add row grafana” …

I do without them then!
