How to use 2 y-axis on current version?

So first I found this Learn Grafana: How to use dual axis graphs | Grafana Labs but I can’t figure out what this means “In the panel legend, click the colored line next to the name of the time series.” Is this howto outdated? I have 2 queries, both Flux/Influxdb, but don’t see what I need to do?

That’s not how to, it is a blog post. It is not outdated if you are using Grafana from 2020 - date when that blogpost was published.

If you are using newer version, the use Overrides:
