Grafana Table unit override for seconds column, converts automatically to milliseconds if less than a second, and minutes if longer than 60 seconds. How can i prevent this?

Don’t use any time unit in the Unit configuration. Use misc/none unit, so you will see the same number as it is returned by used TSDB - no magic conversions.
