Failed to create user

Hi! I am faced with the following problem. Trying to re-create a user I once deleted by using the signup page.

Grafana version: 5.2.2
Database: postgresql

Do you have any idea what I might be missing?

Please make sure that you’ve deleted the user from the server admin page and not just an organization.
