Disable Auto Refresh Button

Hello…Im using Grafana 10.4 from Amazon Managed Grafana

I need the users to only make manual refreshing. I did erase the intervals times like 5s, 5m, etc in the dashboard settings.

However, now it appears two options: “Off” and “Auto”. When I click Auto I still get time intervals inside…

How I can disable the “Auto” option? We really need it, because fasters updates costs a lot, lot of money. It killing us.

I remembered that Auto option was not in 9.x version?

Hi, did you get a response to this?
I have the same issue. It seems if the user selects a tight time range and also sets the refresh selection to auto, then it will select 5s update regardless.
This is causing us an issue since we use influxdb cloud and will be charged per query.
In this way I have no control of the costs as there doesnt seem to be a way to control the number of queries.
