I am trying to use the GeoMap Panel. I am using a metric that has a label with the region name I am trying to map to on the panel. I have tried a lot of ways to map this region names to actual latitude and longitude values, including transformations, value mappings and field overrides. I still have not succeeded. Is there a way you guys can help me or have other ideas?
I was thinking of multiple possible solutions like having a static file that contains the region name and its coordinates (long / lat) but I cant find a way to use a file inside a Grafana Panel without using a plugin.
