Can I have 2 kinds of visualizations overlapping each other on grafana board

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    I want to overlap 2 kind of visualization each other, i.e TimeSeries on State Timelime chart.
  • How are you trying to achieve it?
    Using visualization panels I am trying to achieve it.
  • What happened?
    Not able to achieve it
  • What did you expect to happen?
    I am expecting grafana to show state timeline on time series chart with optimal color variations

Not sure but what you can do is try it out by clicking the “suggestions” as it will suggest some pre-configured panels with more defined settings for visuals and provide you a close match.

If that is not helpful then the only solution is to create a new visualisation plugin which can provide such results.
