Add a dynamic tag based on thresholds

• What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

• What are you trying to achieve?
  Using the “Stat” visualization, is it possible to set the display name parameter dynamically based on the defined thresholds? For example, when my temperature reaches 128 I would like to display the actual temperature and “Medium Rare” at 135 I would like to display the actual temperature and “Medium”
• How are you trying to achieve it?
