404 Page not found on Azure Data Explorer plugin webpage?

Hi there, I am seeing 404 Page not found | Grafana Labs

Any suggestions?

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

  • What are you trying to achieve?

  • How are you trying to achieve it?

  • What happened?

  • What did you expect to happen?

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?

  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.

  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?

welcome to the Grafana community forum :grafana: @RajEnterprise

Thanks. I had it in the screenshot. Seems fixed now.

@antonio Could you also report&fix this issue, please:

Those “Settings” links use org name (e.g. Monitorng Artist) instead of org id (e.g. monitoringartist). It is there unnoticed for a few months.

I would recommend to analyse access logs and 404 responses - you may have a more 404 issues.
It looks like also when dashboard is not “approved” then “Details” link returns 404 response (UX :-().

thanks for bringing this up

i have reported this issue internally but since it’s cloud related, could you also please create a support ticket for it ?

thank you!

btw i also get the same 404 when clicking on Details regardless my org name contains no spaces and looks properly encoded

[EDIT]

i cannot longer repro the 404 but I have been informed that it 's a known issue, and that it is caused by the current publish-dashboards workflow running every x hours.

@antonio Another 404 error - old dashboard links don’t work anymore,
e.g.: https://grafana.com/dashboards/15983 → 404 - any old saved links from outside Grafana portal will be broken. I would expect 301 redirect to new format:

https://grafana.com/dashboards/15983 -> 301 Redirect to:
https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/15983-opentelemetry-collector/

They should really have automated vetting process for this

@antonio Another 404 case is when older version of the plugin is unpublished (I have no idea why), e.g. https://grafana.com/docs/plugins/grafana-dynatrace-datasource/v0.9.4/ - it was causing me a prod troubles :cold_sweat: because it was unexpected. I have had also support ticket for this issue.
