White-Labeling Isue

Hello, we are currently facing a problem with setting up the white labeling. Not sure what is the problem but we have set:
-login_background = https://ourdomainname.network/instance of the file here,
and
+login_background = url(https://ourdomainname.network/instance of the file here)
But nothing changed. Now we try to change some of the files from here: /usr/share/grafana/public/views/index.html and it works but is not a solution since this will not overwrite all the images in our setup. I will like to mentor that the writeup was done under version v6.7.2 and now we run enterprise:8.2.6.

have you tried contacting Grafana’s customer success? You are paying for enterprise, and that comes with the purchase…
