Using Treemap with grafana 5.1.3

I want to use Treemap panel with Grafana 5.1.3, but I don’t know how.
The documentation states:
Note : Grafana 3.0 or greater is required to install and use plugins. Download Grafana latest.

That’s a generic note for all plugins. Plugin support was introduced in Grafana 3.0, but many plugins likely require a more recent version.

The required Grafana version is listed on the Overview tab:
