I am running Grafana 6.7.4 enterprise right now, I am trying to upgrade to Grafana 10.3.3 enterprise and I am having issues. Doing the upgrade I get errors package grafana-enterprise-10.4.2-1.x86_64 conflicts with grafana provided by grafana-6.7.4 and package grafana-azure-monitor-6.7.4 requires grafana = 6.7.4 but none of the providers can be installed. So instead of upgrading I removed Grafana and installed the latest version and put the copies of grafana.ini, plugins and the db back to where they are supposed to go. I can access the url and get to the latest version of Grafana but I can’t login. Looking online it looks like it is an issue with my db file since that is the thing that stores user info. What am I doing wrong? Should I go through each version and upgrade that way since there might be a conflict of how the db is created?
i would recommend you upgrade one full final version at a time 6.x to 10.x is a yuge jump
