I am trying to upload a dashboard and share it with the community, but, after selecing the json file, nothing happens. I have already tried using Chrome and Edge.

hello @denisarruda which version of grafana you are using , please validate the json is valid or not , select correct datasource and dashboard id then import it , try other dashbord to import also please check grafana.log file to clear understand your error.
