Unable to get data from oracle EM

Hello All,

oracle Cloud control 13.4 with RU patch 12. we are trying to fetch data in the default dashboard but it is not showing any !! in SAMPLE performance it is shwoing all the databases name but is it no showing any data. following is the error:
status:500

statusText:“Internal Server Error”

data:Object

error:“Internal Server Error”

response:“Request failed.”

message:“Internal Server Error”

message:“Internal Server Error”

Can you provide more details about your configuration, which plugins are you using and which grafana version.

Hi,

yes, we are using oracle-emcc-app-1.0.2 plugins. Grafana version 6.7.2. EM url is like http://hostname:EM_Port. while testing, it is showing connection ok.
