Unable to add influxdb data source on grafana fresh install

I am running Grafana version 12.0.2 on Raspberry Pi 4 Debian 12 x64, influxdb version is 1.11.8. This is a fresh install of grafana.

I am unable to add an influxdb data source. When I add the “Add Data Source” button and then click on the Influxdb button, I get the following screen:

I don’t get the “normal” page with text fields to specify the link to the influxdb instance, etc. How can I fix this?

It seems like a browser issue. I was accessing grafana in waterfox (a firefox clone) on a windows pc and it gave the wierd error above. I tried in chrome (on the same pc) and it worked ok. I never had this problem in waterfox before.

I guess some plugin was blocking something, or something was cached.
