SQL Server connection issue

Hello fellow grafanians,

since update of Grafana 7.1.0 → 7.2.0 the connection string to named SQL Server instances does not work anymore!
On 7.1.0 an SQL Server connection like this “hostname\instancename:port” could be established, after the update only “hostname:port” works.
Is there an error on my side or is it a bug?
The latest update 7.2.1 does not work either.

maybe i should mention, when i use “hostname\instancename:port” grafana tryes to log into the “hostname:port” Database.
