Server Statusboard with Name and Status in one

Hello fellas,

im trying to create a Dashboard for my Server Monitoring. We have Zabbix running for collecting the data and Grafana for showing it nicely. So far everything is up and running. There is one little cosmetic thing i try to archive, but i cant get it done. At least i don’t know how…

I have a metric for Zabbix Agent Ping and i have a metric for Hostname. I want to either have the Hostname automatically filled in Agent Ping or deleted/hidden Panel title. For better understanding, here is a screenshot of the current metrics:

It takes too much space, we need the space for other metrics. So is it possible to combine it somehow? As said, hiding the Panel Title on these two panels specifically would be an option, too.

If the panel goes green or red to indicate online or offline, then you could replace online or offline with the servername as the block colour is telling you the status:

Yes i could do that, but Zabbix giving me 1 or 0 for the status. If i would like to have the name in there i would have to type it by hand. I got 100+ Server and a lot of dashboards. Is it possible to bring in the name automatically?
