Hi @cathprotech

What version of Grafana are you running? What you want to accomplish is possible, but the method is different on Grafana 7 versus Grafana 8. Let us know and we can get you up and running

Hi Matt,
I’m running Grafana 7
However it seems to be a bug.
If I create a new graph, I can set both left and right Y-axis independent but trying to do this with older graphs won’t work even following the same method.
Maybe it is because some of my graphs were created quite some time ago and there is a slight compatability problem.
As it works with newly created graphs, I think my solution would be just to re-create the graphs that I require.

Hi @cathprotech

Can you attach the panel json for one of the very old graphs? There was a similar issue with very old table panels and there is a manual fix, but I can’t say for sure if this the same situation.
