Sorry I had a post here but for some reasons I cannot get notifications from any developers and my post also seems grey out

This changes the Interface for MacroEngine.Interpolate and adds the Query to the… Interpolate call. This will allow accessing query state in macro evaluation it will also give macro evaluation access to datasource options which enables implementing macro "flavors". This PR also adds the Query to transformToTimeSeries and transformToTable signatures to get access to query state when transforming the resultset. Those signature changes also allow the implementation of #10096. Those functions are only used by mysql and postgres datasource and I adjusted all the calls for those. The 3rd parameter to $__timeGroup which will be used as value for missing data can either be NULL or any float value. Test queries to test the feature: ```sql -- fill in NULL every minute for interval with no data select $__timeGroup(time,'1m',NULL), random() r1, random() r2 from generate_series($__timeFrom(),$__timeTo(),'120s'::interval) as times(time) -- fill in -1 every minute for interval with no data select $__timeGroup(time,'1m',-1), random() r1, random() r2 from generate_series($__timeFrom(),$__timeTo(),'120s'::interval) as times(time) ``` Fixes #9487

I really hope this feature can be added to version 5, it looks awesome
