Refresh another chart panel of same dashboard on click of table cell

I am using Grafana Version 6.4.2

I have Table Panel and made one of the column as link with value as ${__cell:raw}

On click of the table cell I want to update bar chart data.
I tried few options but no luck yet.

Is it possible to update other chart panels on the same dashboard on click?

Is there any workaround for this?
