Provisioned alerts stuck on "Creating" state

I use the provision api to create alerts in grafana cloud using terraform. Today I noticed that all my alerts are stuck in “Creating state”.

Any ideas what could be going on?

I am on Grafana v10.4.0-65283 (3b401d0d4d)
