The state of the alert is always in ‘pending’, although the firing evaluates to ‘true’. It went well past 2 evaluation cycles, and it’s continuously in pending state. This is not triggering any alert and as a result, we are not able to get any notifications.
Grafana version : 6.4.2
Is there any reason why you are not using the current version of Grafana? The alerting has been completely overhauled about 1.5 years ago.
It would take some time for us to get our grafana upgraded in production. Until then, Is there any workaround for this version?
Not that I am aware of.
