Problem With Yarn Start

When I’m trying to run yarn start, I’m stuck here in the picture. I configured config file to be development, please help.

I usually yarn build, and put the dist into grafana/data/plugins/{custom_filename}/dist.
And restart grafana, check it in grafana.
