Hi There
I have Grafana running on my Ubuntu 22 based VPS and everything works as they should BUT
The internet bandwidth registered by resmon tool everytime I access the page (http://vps_ip:3000) is terrific, see image below
The figure literally goes upto 2,000,000B/s and stays there as long as the web is open
my data sources are:
and I only have one dashboard with 5 panels
1 Business Input + 2 Gauges + 2 Times Graphs
Any help to reduce B/s when accessing the page is highly welcome
Cheers
you can try gzip compression?
In grafana.ini
’s [server]
section, replace ;enable_gzip = false
to enable_gzip = true
Hello, Thanks for your fast reply
I tried the trick you suggested and It kind of worked, I could see the B/s barely gets above 1MB/s but that’s still unbearable
I kind of found the culprit here, The MQTT Plugin ?
Removed it and my B/s is down to 100B/s
I liked the MQTT Plugin as It updates the Time Series Graph as new data comes in with an auto-refresh button turned off
Thanks for your input pal
