Is there a way to upgrade Grafana from Open Source to Enterprise and keep dashboards?

Hi , i have problem activate enterprise license so that the grafana website. show waring message as
License token
To authorize your Grafana Enterprise instance, upload the token file on the Stats & Licensing page of your Grafana Enterprise instance or place it in the data directory. as Show Screen , How i can solve .
