i would like to reconfigurate the Notification policies Root policy - default for all alerts .
unfurtunatly i can not find the Root policy - *default.
when a chose from the dropdown Alernamnager i’m receiving a Error “Error loading Alertmanager config”

Regarding the error,. could you increase the verbosity of the Grafana server logs to debug and note any errors.
did you provision your notification policy?
have you tried to update the notification policy via API ?
/api/v1/provisioning/policies
tip: GET the notification policy first, and copy the body of the response. You can use this body as a reference, and update anything you would like. Finally, send it via PUT API call
