I configured labels for alerting purposes but its only showing firing status in grafana but its not actually receiving in PagerDuty.

I did the same thing, except instead of using the PagerDuty Event API V2 integration key I am using the Default Integration key from Event Orchestration. Will it be a problem?
yes it will be a problem… you can’t use your phone sim card pin for your bank card…
you can’t use one key for another, you need to use the pagerduty key for anything related to pagerduty.
Previously I used to get alerts with this default integration key but after a week its not coming. But I will check again with this Event key API.
