Hi, I have installed Grafana “grafana-6.5.2.windows-amd64.zip” . I have faced a lot of issue in last days .
Platform : Windows
Please include your configuration files. Enable debug logging, stop and start Grafana server process and include Grafana server log here.
I have seen log file. Its not updating on the basis of date & time. Like today is 20 January but log file contains events of 16 January.

Is it ok or having some issues . Anyhow in task manager only one instance is showing.
If you kill the running instance and try to start it again, does that work?
Isn’t it risky ? I don’t have any backup of all the dashboards.

Have you installed plugins there? Using grafana-cli or extracted zip files manually?
I still don’t see any debug log messages. Which is weird. Please copy sample.ini and name that custom.ini and then make your changes in that file.

And what does the log output look like when you stop and start grafana process now?
You’re running Grafana as a Windows service, right? Make sure that the user account running that Windows service have permission to read your plugins folder and the plugins.
To remove one possible problem I would recommend you to start the grafana.exe manually from command prompt since then it will run using your user. Then see if you get the plugins. If so, you definitely have a problem with the user account running your Windows service.
The problem was releated to mixing up install directories and configuration between different drives (C: and D:\)
