New Plugins not shown

Hello,
I install plugins but doesn’t shown at dashboard toolbox
I need to see new plugins to use on dashboard

My Steps:
1.install plugin (for example Multistat)
2.restart grafana
3.no shown on dashboard

Version numbers (grafana, prometheus, graphite, plugins, operating system, etc.):
v7.1.0

Please check if the plugin is being really installed in the plugin installation path specified in your grafana config ([path] section, plugin key) or by GF_PATH_PLUGIN.

We are closing this as the issue was reported for Grafana v7.1.0, using a plugin that is already deprecated and we could not reproduce the isue in the latest Grafana version, 10.3.3.

If the issue persists, please reopen the topic.
