Move existing panels to rows?

Hello community,
Is there a way to subsequently move existing dashboards to newly created rows. And if so, how does that work?

Thanks for opening this post. Well, what you can do is something like this in the attached GIF (open it in a new window to see it more clearly or zoom in.

I have 5 panels and then I create 2 new rows (row1, row2)

Now, instead of moving each panel 1 by 1 (drag n drop), I can bring down the row and add for e.g. the bottom 3 panels which i need to be in a separate row.

The example GIF shows that only “Row 1” had the panels attached. When “Row 2” was moved down, the lower panels in the dashboard did not attach.

I have found that the panels only attach to the row when the row is expanded (when the very small arrow to the left of the row name is pointing down).

Unfortunately, there’s no panel option to attach it to a row or anything like that.
