I have installed and configured more than 50 servers, some using Linux and some using Windows OS. However, on some of the Windows servers (not all of them), the windows_os_physical_memory_free_bytes metric does not appear. Has anyone experienced the same issue, and what advice do you have for me?
- verify that servers with missing metrics export those metrics
- verify that scrapers are scraping metrics correctly
- verify that scrapers are able to ingest metrics properly (e. g. you use Grafana cloud and you reached your account limits, so some metrics may be rejected)
There is many moving parts, where it can be wrong and nobody will be able to give you reason from your current vague problem description.

The issue has been resolved, i used windows_memory_available_bytes metrics
