Ip address does not change, help

Help please, I can not change the address of grafana to go to the web interface. At attempt to change it is impossible to enter. I just installed the graph from the archive on Ubuntu. What file need to be configured? Screenshot_1

After editing the files (defaults and custom), you get something like this.when the initial settings are returned, it also displays a message and cannot connect to the web interface at all.
