Access grafana in external server

Hi all.
I am new in Grafana.
I want to my graph to show my web site. I have one server to code and one server to grafana, i try to connect but now working. If i connect my local to grafana by SSH tunnel everything is right by localhost url. But if i disable SSH tunnel, grafana not work. Which IP address can i use?
