Invalid username and password

Hi All,

I am using Centos7.

I just installed Grafana and I have this error message “invalid username and password”

Here are the last 2 of my logs:

t=2018-08-04T18:12:45-0700 lvl=eror msg=“Invalid username or password” logger=context userId=0 orgId=0 uname= error=“Invalid Username or Password”
t=2018-08-04T18:12:45-0700 lvl=info msg=“Request Completed” logger=context userId=0 orgId=0 uname= method=POST path=/login status=401 remote_addr=192.168.1.107 time_ms=101 size=42 referer=http://192.168.1.107:3000/login

But I still don’t know what caused the error.

Seeing same error, do we have any fix.

Hello @barkathm.

Try to reset the admin password through the use of grafana-cli. A full example is as follows:

grafana-cli --homepath “/usr/share/grafana” admin reset-admin-password
Note that the --homepath argument is only needed if you are not in the installation directory.
