I start the grafana5.4.0 error

when i start grafana5.4.0 by ./bin/grafana-server web ,log error:
EROR[08-04|15:51:04] Server shutdown logger=server reason=“Service init failed: License token file not found:
/home/lqc/grafana/grafana-5.4.0/data/license.jwt”

and i can’t use higher version like grafana 9.0.5 because my enterprise’s chrome is 75.0.3770.When i installed and started grafana 9.0.5,the browser show me this when access ip:3000

Are you using Grafana OSS or Grafana Enterprise ?

Also, is it running locally on your machine or in a container env. e.g. Docker, Kubernetes etc.
