How to utilise alerts in Grafana to generate Incidents/tickets in i-top?

Hi Team,
I’m looking to integerate the grafana with I-top for automating Incident managements and so on.
Objectives: Need to bring up on ticket for Infrastructure monitoring including down stats, Utilization stats.
