How to set the time filter by default with today

Hello,
I want to be able to leave the default at All, and every time I refresh or choose something else, the date can be set to the last 24 hours.
Is there a way to leave the default value other than the last 24 hours?

Change time range, which you like (last week, last month, …) and save dashboard. Grafana will give you option to save selected time range as default time range in the saving window:
