I just paid the $20/mo for a hosted grafana plan, but I can’t add any users from my company. I have a custom url http://hsdp.grafana.net… But When I try to invite them as users, it tells me their emails do not exist… How does this work… do they need to create accounts on grafana.net before I can invite them?
EDIT: To elaborate… I go to the main page for our org. Under organization users, I click “Add Users”. I try adding an email for my boss, and it says “User could not be found!”
