Hi, I have a dashboard with a variables pane at the top. Is there any way that I can freeze the pane so that the variables would be visible and would not go out of view when I scroll down the dashboard?
Are there also ways for me to add a button that allows me to jump back to top of dashboard?

Your question re: the variables has been a feature request on Github since April 2019. I just upvoted it.
I could not find anything on Github (nor do I know of anything in Grafana) that will allow you to jump back to the top. That would be a useful feature for me as well. You can open an issue on Github if you are feeling motivated.
