How do I highlight a metric that has a small value on a scale?

I want to highlight blocked transactions and Deadlocks, but still be able to see queries and CPU.

Or should I just get separate graphs at this point?

Use right y-axis for that particular metric (+ customize configuration of y-axis) → graph will use different scale for each y-axis:
